Welcome! I’m Emily, founder of EMbalance
(LIC.AC, MAcuC, DIP.AC, DIP.Tui Na, BA (Hons)
EMbalance is located in the beautiful village of Hanley Swan, a short distance from the Malvern Hills. I'm a dedicated acupuncturist and massage therapist with a passion for holistic healing and a deep commitment to helping my patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been an important part of my life for over 10 years, having personally benefited from its healing powers. My passion for TCM really came to life when it supported my husband and I on our journey into parenthood. Having suffered from Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) since an early age, conceiving didn’t come easily. Thanks to the profound healing power of TCM we now have 2 beautiful daughters.

This inspired me to pursue formal training in Tui Na Chinese Medicine Therapeutic Massage before earning my certification in the arts of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture. Through combining these ancient practices we are able to provide a stronger outcome from treatments, so you leave feeling calm, relaxed and often energised. Since beginning my studies in TCM, I continually expand my knowledge through ongoing education and practical experience, ensuring that I stay at the forefront of this evolving field.
In my practice, I emphasise a compassionate and personalised approach, taking the time to listen to my patients and tailor treatments to their unique needs. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, digestive issues, or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being, I'm here to support you on your healing journey. ​

I am fully insured and maintain common standards of ethics, best practice, health and safety for clients at all times. I am a registered member of the Acupuncture Acu-Therapy Council, a self-regulatory body that governs the practice of TCM in the UK.
